AUDIT AND CONSULTING

DESIGN AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We perform the Technical Design of the project from your detailed functional specifications and graphic creations in the desired formats (desktop, tablet, and mobile).

Support is put in place to ensure the Technical Management of the project. We schedule steering meetings with you, which allow us to regularly discuss the progress of the project in detail.

DEVELOPMENT AND INTEGRATION

The definitive validation of functional and creative elements allows us to start the Technical Development phase. Most of the time, when entrusted to us, the HTML Integration can be done in parallel.

The production team is scaled based on the workload as well as the desired delivery deadline. The projects we develop may require a few tens of days of development to several hundreds.

Regardless of the workload, it is ITech that constitutes and fully manages the production team. You only have one point of contact, our technical project manager.

TESTING, ACCEPTANCE AND PRODUCTION LAUNCH

The Tests, which verify that the developments made are in accordance with your functional specifications, are carried out throughout the production phase by the developers on one hand, and by testers on the other hand.

First delivery of the application is made to our technical project manager who performs a complete Acceptance test, verifying that all functionalities are operational and that the visual part respects your graphic creations.

It is only after this step that you will be delivered, which guarantees you a time saving during your own Acceptance testing. At the end of the testing phase, we ensure the Production Launch of the application in collaboration with your teams and the Host.

MAINTENANCE, UPGRADES AND HOSTING

The Maintenance phase of your project starts at the end of the warranty period, which is usually 3 months. We manage the Corrective Maintenance, the Evolutionary Maintenance and the Webmastering.

We can agree on a number of monthly intervention days to guarantee the availability of resources for better reactivity in dealing with requests. We know how to take over the Maintenance of a project that we did not develop.

We manage the Hosting of our achievements as well as projects developed by third parties. We do the Server Management of these hostings and we can provide 24/7 On-call service.
